Tempering is what happens after the hardening — a second, gentler pass that relieves the brittleness so the material can actually hold up under load. That's the standard here: build it, then give it the time and revision it needs to not crack under real use.
No growth targets, no roadmap padded with features nobody asked for. Just a handful of apps, each one built for a specific person's actual day.
